We greatly enjoyed this place and high quality food.

We stayed in a comfortable quiet room, which had a view of inner courtyard. The location was good - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Even the Armidale airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away.

the staff was lovely, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. the hotel was in a favourable location, right next door the bakery is excellent too. what's more, it was so close to the restaurant and great cosy lounge bar and restuarant exceptional and city center.

Very efficient service, although a few employees were not very helpful...

Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Booked the hotel for its particularly good location just off the centre of Armidale and bars and Restuarant exceptional. We stayed in deluxe queen room in their equipment.

The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a very relaxing area, really close to city center and the town centre and Armidale spoilt by a careless booking error by the booking agency and the motel. The location was favourable, quite a walk from Top of the Range. There was an attached restaurant nearby. Got good sized and budget room in their equipment when arrived, greatly enjoyed that.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a renovated bathroom, complete with a spa bath. The King bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of town, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Additionally, the on-site restaurant was superb, offering delicious food in a cozy atmosphere.

The temperature control in the shower could be improved.

Comfortable rooms with a very good restaurant and friendly owners and staff

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a charming room with an old world feel. The attention to detail was evident, especially in the rooms with a spa bath. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the location close to the city centre was ideal for exploring and yet it was surprisingly quiet.

All was well during my stay.

Great staff in hotel and restaurant, excellent meal. Lovely atmosphere in restaurant.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering ample space for relaxation. We particularly appreciated the dispensers for all toiletries, a small but significant step in the right direction to protect our environment. The key location was a bonus, as we were easily able to walk around town and explore the sights.

The hot water in the shower was also difficult to regulate, making our bathing experience uneasy. the gloomy colours of the units and dim lighting did not make for a warm and welcoming experience.

Staying in this beautifully maintained and presented hotel is the perfect choice for travelers. The location is amazing – situated near a great restaurant and just a few minutes away from Armidale centre and the expressway. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well presented. The helpful service is incredible with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The breakfast selection is delicious and the views from the rooms are breathtaking, especially the full-length mirror.

One guest was a little inconsiderate and parked their car over two parking bays.

The cooked breakfast at Cotswold Gardens was absolutely excellent. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection and the quality of the food was outstanding. The atmosphere in the dining area was pleasant and inviting, making it a delightful way to start the day. our dining experience was top-notch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated motel rooms and the proximity to a busy road, the positives of our stay far outweighed the negatives. I would definitely recommend Cotswold Gardens for its delicious breakfast and pleasant ambiance.

The staff were accommodating and we were allowed early access to our room. the location of the hotel was perfect, quiet and peaceful. The hotel also had an excellent breakfast, and the setting was really pleasant. the complementary breakfast and peaceful location were the best aspects of the hotel.

Honestly, my thanksgiving experience didn't go as planned. The hotel was way too expensive compared to what was offered.
